In order to expand trade and economic cooperation, the BelCCI branch in Gomel organizes a visit of businessmen from the Republic of Belarus to the cities. Velikiye Luki, Pskov (Pskov region) of the Russian Federation in the period from 28 to 31 January 2025.

The programme of visits includes meetings in relevant ministries and departments, in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, contact and cooperation exchanges and B2B negotiations, visits to companies in the interest of the Belarusian delegation to find partners, cooperation and exchange of experience, including the Moglino SEZ, industrial business district of Velikiye Luki.

For reference: the basis of the economy of Velikiye Luki is manufacturing. The priority industries are mechanical engineering, metallurgy, electric power and automobile repair industry. Enterprises produce electrical equipment (including high-voltage equipment and electrical equipment for railway transport), batteries, special equipment for the operation and repair of main pipelines, thermal power equipment, forestry equipment, furniture, textiles, garments, and pulp and paper products. In addition, the food industry is developing.

The composition of the participants in the negotiations on the Russian side and the detailed programme of the visit will be worked out in co-operation with the Russian side taking into account the interests of the participants on the Belarusian side.

The cost of participation in the visit will be based on the number of members of the delegation. The price includes transport support, selection of partners for B2B, company visits, hotel reservations, etc.
