Linen collections of the Fashion Centre will decorate Belarus' exhibition pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai (UAE), Bellegprom's press secretary Marina Vaskievich said.
"The National Day of Belarus on 22 November promises to be a highlight of the pavilion. The highlight of the cultural programme will be a fashion show of women's linen clothes prepared by the Fashion Centre and the Merited Collective of the State Academic Dance Ensemble of Belarus," said Marina Vaskievich.
Clothes for the staff of the Belarus Expo Commissioner's Office are made by the Kamvol design centre. The souvenir shop of the national pavilion features products of the Kupalinka and Brest brands.
The World Expo is held every five years. Belarusians brought to the Emirates something that has proven itself in exports - food, souvenirs and clothes. Pavilions of 192 countries were represented at the exhibition. It will be open until 31 March 2022.
