Belarus' national pavilion is represented at the 27th Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition (Interfood Azerbaijan) and 15th Azerbaijan International Agriculture Exhibition (Caspian Agro), which started in Baku on 18 May. The exhibition is attended by 39 major food industry enterprises, scientific organisations, concerns and holdings.
The Belarusian exhibition includes meat, dairy and tobacco products, as well as confectionery. The exhibitions also present the developments of the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences: solutions for creating new-generation dairy farms, new types of dry fermentation starters, low-protein food products with reduced phenylalanine content. Both exhibitions will run until 20 May.
