By the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the visa-free entry procedure for citizens of Poland, Lithuania, Latvia (as well as for persons having the status of non-citizens of Latvia) and citizens of 35 other European countries has been extended until 31 December 2025.
This entry procedure applies to citizens of the following countries:
1. Republic of Austria
2. Principality of Andorra.
3. Kingdom of Belgium.
4. Republic of Bulgaria.
5. Bosnia and Herzegovina.
6. Vatican City State.
7. United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
8. Hungary.
9. Hellenic Republic.
10. Kingdom of Denmark.
11. Ireland.
12. Iceland.
13. Kingdom of Spain.
14. Italian Republic.
15. Republic of Cyprus.
16. Principality of Liechtenstein.
17. Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
18. Republic of Malta.
19. Principality of Monaco.
20. Kingdom of the Netherlands.
21. The Kingdom of Norway.
22. The Portuguese Republic.
23. Romania
24. Republic of San Marino.
25. Republic of North Macedonia.
26. Slovak Republic.
27. Republic of Slovenia.
28. Republic of Finland.
29. French Republic.
30. Federal Republic of Germany.
31. Republic of Croatia.
32. Czech Republic.
33. Swiss Confederation.
34. Kingdom of Sweden.
35. Republic of Estonia (including stateless persons with permanent residence in the Republic of Estonia).
For citizens of the above-mentioned states, visa-free entry into and exit from the Republic of Belarus through all international road and railway border control points of the state border of the Republic of Belarus is applicable using documents valid for travel abroad for a period of temporary stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry. Citizens of the above-mentioned states may enter the Republic of Belarus without a visa an unlimited number of times throughout the period of validity of the regime, until December 31, 2025 inclusive. The total number of days of stay in Belarus must not exceed 90 days in one year. Foreigners arriving in Belarus without a visa in the above-mentioned period of time may transit to third countries, except the Russian Federation, including at airport checkpoints. This regime shall not apply to holders of diplomatic, service, special and equivalent passports. Please note that this procedure applies only to entry/exit and stay in Belarus of foreign citizens. Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have acquired citizenship of a foreign state (including by birth) must cross the border exclusively with Belarusian documents: passport (biometric passport) of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, national identity card of a seaman of the Republic of Belarus, and may also enter once with a certificate of return to the Republic of Belarus, issued by diplomatic and consular missions in cases determined by law.
